Ragnarok: Monster World features multiple game modes designed to test different aspects of a player's strategy and adaptability. Each mode provides unique objectives, battle rules, and reward structures to ensure diverse and engaging gameplay.
PvP Battles are real-time matches where players compete to destroy their opponent’s Nexus. Victory depends on tactical deck building, real-time decision-making, and efficient use of job spells.
Matchmaking is determined by MMR (Matchmaking Rating).
Ranking Rewards are distributed based on performance within seasonal leaderboards.
Reward Chests:
Players receive reward chests (Normal, Magic, Rare, Epic) based on battle outcomes.
A higher MMR increases the chance of obtaining higher-tier chests.
Each chest has a designated unlock time, which is reduced when players achieve win streaks in PvP matches.
Normal Chest: 3 hours
Magic Chest: 6 hours
Rare Chest: 12 hours
Epic Chest: 24 hours
Boss Invade is a high-difficulty PvE mode where players battle powerful Boss Ragmons. The objective is to deal as much damage as possible within a single attempt. Rewards are granted based on the highest damage dealt.
Entry Rules
Players receive a limited number of free attempts each day.
Additional entries can be purchased using Crystals after all free attempts are consumed.
Strategic Deck Building
Optimize your deck for maximum damage output while defending against incoming enemy waves.
Effective strategy and deck refinement are key to outperforming other players.
Daily Leaderboard
Rankings reset daily.
Rewards are distributed based on the highest damage recorded for each player.
Challengers League is a daily PvE mode focused on testing deck development and strategic depth. Players progress through league tiers and earn resources essential for strengthening core defenses.
League Tiers
Divided into Bronze, Silver, and Gold leagues.
Higher tiers feature more challenging AI opponents and improved rewards.
Rewards
Earn Red, Yellow, and Blue Gemstones used to upgrade Nexuses and Guardians.
Each league tier drops specific types of gemstones—encouraging targeted progression.
Sweep Ticket System
Players who clear stages can use Sweep Tickets to automatically complete previously cleared stages.
Sweep Tickets can be purchased from the in-game shop.
Friendly Match is a non-ranked mode that lets players battle friends without affecting their MMR. Players can create custom rooms and invite others by sharing their UIDs—ideal for testing decks, practicing strategies, or enjoying casual matches.
